We're looking for a Systems Administrator to join our team at Hypixel Studios, which collaborates remotely from around the world. Our members range from industry newcomers to experts with 25+ years of experience. Team members come from a diverse set of backgrounds, but share a common passion for building polished player-focused, community-powered games.

As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for ordering, installing and managing all office IT hardware and software, including existing and new deployments. You will also onboard new users onto the systems that we use on a daily basis. You must coordinate your efforts with our remote team and ensure that coverage is available around the clock.

Some of your role:
- Sourcing, pricing and ordering all hardware and software for the office but also for remote team members while adhering to specifications for specific development roles
- Maintaining all IT hardware and software on and off site
- Onboarding / offboarding all staff users with the systems we use on a daily basis
- Completing recurring audits of our company hardware and software
- Company wide account management and policy enforcement for multiple SaaS products and software
Essential Traits:
- 3+ years of office IT experience
- Experience managing Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Microsoft Autopilot
- Knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including security, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
- Having a security through frictionless means oriented mindset
- An understanding of gaming-grade computer, as well as server/network enterprise hardware experience
Bonus Traits:
- Experience working with and supporting remote teams in multiple time zones.
- Experience of a working in a gaming environment
- Experience with the following but not limited to:
- Google Workspace (eg. Google Docs / Calendar etc.)
- Slack
- Miro / Trello
- Windows licensing
- A strong attachment to games, internet and fandom culture
