Human Resources at HyperloopTT is responsible for finding experts worldwide that contribute to an innovative culture redefining mobility. The Human Resources team screens candidates to build and uphold HyperloopTT’s unique collaborative approach.
As a recruiter for HyperloopTT, you will manage rigorous full-cycle recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles.
Serve as subject matter expert by screening, interviewing and referring qualified applicants to hiring managers for interviews
Source passive candidates and build future relationships (pipeline/source recruiting)
Establish and maintains strong, positive, consultative relationships with hiring managers by supporting their recruitment needs
Screen candidates and confirm cultural alignment - guard the culture as if the company's life depends on it
Creatively use social media, job boards, networking groups, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs
Prioritize building a diverse team at every step of the recruiting process, ensuring our top-of-funnel efforts and interviews provide candidates of all backgrounds with equal, unbiased consideration and opportunity
Provide a differentiated, exceptional candidate experience, partnering closely with our HyperLeaders to ensure all candidates leave our doors feeling inspired, supported, and informed
Be an ambassador of HyperloopTT by empowering our culture and values
Collaborate with HR and HyperLeaders to continuously improve and enhance recruiting strategies
Build the HyperloopTT brand and ensure we are top of mind for excellent talent
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (from source to close)
Experience recruiting for technical, industrial and/or creative roles
Comfortable interfacing directly with hiring managers including technical leaders
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and stakeholder relationships
Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced and rapidly expanding environment
Ability to source and fill open positions without outside agency assistance
