We are looking for…

The Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA will inspire, motivate, engage, and oversee a portfolio of talent acquisition across the UK and European region, as well as play a critical role in our ongoing growth. Reporting into the Head of People, EMEA, and as a key member of the People & Culture team, focusing on creatively sourcing, identifying and engaging top talent. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for understanding business needs, who excels in strategy, team engagement, organisation, operations, planning and execution.

As a Recruiter at Hotwire, you are essential to ensuring we attract, hire and retain the best and the brightest in the technology industry and beyond. That starts with growing a strong, diverse talent pipeline, utilizing social media networks, university and professional organisation programs, as well as other various channels to source, screen and recruit passive candidates. As part of the People and Culture team, you will act as an advisor to hiring managers on open roles, while simultaneously building relationships with candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Once in the pipeline, you’ll use your expert interviewing skills to screen and assess candidate fit and educate candidates on why Hotwire is the right place for them.

You’ll bring…

  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience in full cycle recruiting across the EMEA region either within agency or technology sector.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of the EMEA recruitment landscape, in particular U.K., France, Germany, Spain & Italy.
  • Strong experience with ATS systems and capabilities, Greenhouse preferred and proficient in LinkedIn recruit.
  • Experience in building comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for the EMEA region that align with global business goals.
  • Be an expert and champion in our employer branding, crafting compelling messaging to attract top candidates across various channels.
  • A true driver to source and identify top talent through a variety of methods, including online recruiting, agency partnerships, and employee referrals.
  • Lead the screening and interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient evaluation.
  • Negotiate and close offers with top candidates, securing their commitment to join our team.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends in recruitment and talent acquisition, implementing best practices to optimise and consistently improve our processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and identify ideal candidates.
  • Analyse recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of our strategies.
  • A love and knowledge about all things “recruiting” from sourcing, screening and keen eye on identifying and building world class pipelines of talent.
  • Is a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective recruitment plans.
  • Is a skilled communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats
  • A passion for hiring manager training and engagement, and driving exceptional candidate experiences.
  • A demonstrated ability to develop and maintain processes and tools to support effective hiring processes that support meeting hiring goals.
  • Strong organisational skills and possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage several programs/projects simultaneously.
  • The ability to be flexible, and nimble under pressure, with the ability to switch gears quickly, and shifting team priorities as necessary.

    Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience overseeing or creation of an in-house recruitment function with high volume end-to-end delivery responsibility.
  • Proven track record of success in an international recruiting role, having had responsibility for headhunting, interviewing and hiring for both high-volume and niche positions at all levels, up to executive level.
  • Exceptional relationship-building ability, with a track record of developing trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels globally.
