The Main Event: What you'll do
You’ll join our Data team to provide insights that shape Huspy’s product strategy, directly impacting user experience and business growth. In this role, you’ll use advanced analytics to support feature development, guide product direction, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Track and Analyze Product Performance: Continuously monitor key metrics (user engagement, feature usage, product success) to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Support Product Decision-Making: Design and conduct A/B tests and experiments, providing data-driven recommendations to influence product roadmaps.
- Optimize Feature Rollouts: Deliver quick feedback loops on new features through user behavior analysis, enabling fast, iterative improvements.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with product, engineering, and other business teams to translate analytics into actionable strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Generate and Present Insights: Prepare reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate insights and influence stakeholder decisions.
The Perfect Match: What you bring
- Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in product analytics or a similar role.
- Analytical Expertise: Advanced SQL and Python skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis, with experience in libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib. Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics).
- Product Analytics Experience: Knowledge of Amplitude (preferred) or similar tools, with experience in A/B testing, feature flagging, and experimentation platforms.
- Statistical and Analytical Skills: Solid understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis) to validate experiments.
- Data Visualization: Strong skills in creating dashboards and visualizations with tools like Tableau (preferred).
- Data Architecture: Familiarity with Snowflake (preferred) or similar platforms for data warehousing and an understanding of data transformation processes.
- Data Management: Knowledge of Airflow and dbt (preferred) or similar platforms for building data workflows and pipelines.
- Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex analytical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative Spirit: Comfortable working in cross-functional teams, particularly with product and engineering.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science). A Master’s degree is a plus.

- Experience with Our Tool Stack: Hands-on experience with Amplitude, Snowflake, Tableau, Airflow, and dbt is a strong plus.
- Advanced Statistical Knowledge: Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning basics for deeper analysis.
- Experience in Data-Driven Organizations: Background in fast-paced environments where data directly informs product decisions.
