The Main Event: What you'll do

We're looking for a dynamic and innovative Performance Marketing Executive to help us amplify our brand and drive our marketing efforts within Real Estate and Mortgage sectors. The ideal candidate will be someone with a knack for creating compelling marketing campaigns, a deep understanding of market research, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for real estate and a talent for Performance marketing and analytics, we want you on our team to help us continue our rapid growth and transform the home-buying process.

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to increase lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.
  • Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including content creators, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve our marketing efforts.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate reports, and present findings to stakeholders.

The Perfect Match: What you bring

  • Industry Experience: Proven expertise in performance marketing within the real estate sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional proficiency in Excel and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead both strategy and execution of lead generation campaigns.
  • Reporting: Skilled in reporting and analytics to track and optimize campaign performance.
  • Proficient in market research and data analysis tools.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, Masters Degree (preferred)
