Where you fit in

We’re looking for our first product marketing manager to help us tell Humu’s incredible story to the market and our customers. As an early member of the team, you’ll help us build foundational product marketing. You’ll evolve our core messaging and positioning, shape our product roadmap, launch new features with our product team, and partner closely with sales by creating enablement materials and supporting strategic deals. You’ll join a talented team of Humuns and report directly to the VP of Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Help shape and define our product offering, market segmentation, messaging, and positioning
  • Drive go-to-market strategies and campaigns for new feature launches
  • Develop buyer personas with research and customer-facing teams
  • Create core sales enablement materials like pitch decks, email templates, 1-pagers, and more 
  • Provide sales support for large, strategic deals 
  • Develop deep expertise in the market, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform our positioning and product roadmap

 

Qualifications: 

  • 6+ years of relevant product marketing experience  
  • Experience with Enterprise B2B SaaS and working with Sales teams 
  • Excellent storytelling abilities. You have strong communication skills—both written and verbal 
  • Data-oriented. You like working with data and insights and pair that with your passion for customers to inform your points of view for how to take our product to market
  • Self-starter; you spot opportunities to make things better and take ownership over them 
  • Track record of collaborating across teams. You can effectively partner with engineering, product, design, sales, and marketing
