Role and responsibilities:

  • As an early member of the Sales Team, you’ll help formulate and execute the Humu sales strategy while working with enterprise customers.
  • You will be engaged with customers at every stage of the sales cycle from account planning and demand generation through deal close and beyond continuously uncovering value opportunities while cultivating meaningful relationships.
  • You will articulate Humu’s business value through periodic executive level presentations.
  • Work with product management to distill key functionality and benefits into core business value messages.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of proven success in selling SaaS technology and/or business applications, preferably to large enterprises
  • Knowledge of the HR product landscape and the problems being tackled
  • Experience selling to C-level executives
  • Ability to define and then execute on start to end sales cycles sales
  • Strong customer empathy
  • Ability to build strong working relationships cross functionally and externally
  • Ability to proactively prospect new business
  • Experience managing and closing enterprise sales cycles.
