You’ll enter as a valued member of our fast-moving, analytically-driven Marketing team where your impact will be immediate. Your finest responsibilities will be to build and execute data-driven campaigns to maximize the efficiency of marketing initiatives promoting Humio’s log management platform. As such, maintaining data structures and naming conventions to ensure accurate and reliable data for gleaning business intelligence to drive decision making across the global marketing team and commercial organization are central to this role.
You’ll work closely with the Demand Generation Manager and Marketing/Sales Operations Manager to support all aspects of database maintenance, email marketing campaigns, and improving lead generation processes through our CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo). You’ll also support demand generation activities for our workshops and events and help drive the establishment of KPI metrics to measure our marketing activities, build analytics and reporting processes, and set repeatable processes for generating data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Managing workloads and projects in Asana and partnering with our internal stakeholders will be key to successfully drive campaign execution from requirements through design and building, testing, delivering, and measuring.

With a thorough understanding of digital campaigns and lead management and a track record of establishing and defining, analysing, and presenting marketing KPI dashboards, you thrive at the opportunity to evolve our marketing operations by interpreting complex data sets and translating metrics into actionable recommendations. You’ve progressed throughout your career in B2B marketing to take on more responsibility and have an innate passion for working in a global, dynamic environment where things move fast and opportunities are without precedent.
You pride yourself on your communication and project management skills and rely on your familiarity with Marketo, SFDC, Google Analytics, and various project management tools when presenting complex information to multiple levels and roles within our organization in ways that others understand and can apply to their daily work. You’re confident with a highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented approach and proactively tackle both challenges and opportunities head-on
