Product Operations Coordinator - Humble Store (evening schedule)

Humble Bundle is a distribution platform selling games, ebooks, software, and other digital content. Since Humble's founding in 2010, our mission has been to support charity ("Humble") while providing awesome content to customers at great prices ("Bundle"). We started by offering only game bundles, but have branched out to include an online storefront, a monthly subscription service with 400k+ subscribers, a publishing initiative, and lots more. We have raised $135 million for charity and counting.

The Product Operations team is the heart of Humble Bundle. Our Product Operations Coordinators are tasked with assembling the products our customers know and love while interacting with key stakeholders on a daily basis. From interfacing with developers, publishers, and charities to collaborating with our Engineering, Marketing, Design, and Business Development teams, the Product Operations Coordinator has a broad range of responsibilities which requires a varied skill set!

This position requires someone who can work Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. through 11 p.m. Pacific Standard time, and due to this late schedule, this is a "work from home" position. During the initial training period, you will work a daytime schedule (M-F, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) in our San Francisco office to have face time with the team. After about 4 weeks of training, you will start your late schedule of 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Please note that coming into our San Francisco office may occasionally be requested after the training period as well.


Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the production and QA of Humble Store products and promotions
  • Closely monitoring product launch dates and deadlines
  • Preparing assets and content from developers and publishers
  • Communicating clearly to key stakeholders and keeping them up-to-date on individual project progress
  • Utilizing inventory systems to organize and track materials for processing
  • Quickly adjusting to dynamic workflows and protocols
  • Collaborating with Creative and Engineering to improve current designs and workflow


  • Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years of equivalent experience preferred
  • 2-3 years of Adobe Photoshop and/or Sketch experience preferred
  • Familiarity and/or understanding of various gaming platforms
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Ability to understand and utilize Python scripts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
  • Strong organization skills and great attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and G Suite
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Able to work from 3 p.m. until 11 p.m. Pacific time, Monday through Friday

Bonus points:

  • Background in QA and/or marketing
  • Familiarity with UNIX scripting
  • Knowledge or general familiarity of Python, Javascript, or SQL
  • Experience using JIRA
  • Experience using Asana or any project management software
  • Previous experience working remotely
