What you get to do every day
- Manage and build compensation team to scale with business growth and commission plan complexity
- Collaborate with different stakeholders and teams (Finance & Revenue) to drive decisions around compensation structure and sales efficiency improvements
- Own all aspects of our commission plans from start to finish, including building out new plans and updating existing ones
- Improve and automate processes related to compensation and attainment in order to process commissions accurately and timely
- Analyze quotas, attainment, BvA, and pacing of the Revenue team
- Analyze total cash compensation in relation to attainment to drive comp plan efficiency
What you bring to the role
- 3-5 years experience creating and managing complex compensation plans
- Able to give recommendations to stakeholders of best practices for quota, accelerator, and general compensation structures
- Data-driven approach to quota assessment and assignment based on different cuts of the business (region, seniority, pipeline, etc.)
- General understanding of Salesforce
- Able to identify and build technical requirements within compensation tools without professional services
- Strong understanding of data structure between systems and spreadsheets
- Expert with Excel/Google spreadsheet formulas and variations of it
- Problem solver who can troubleshoot and proactively resolve issues
- Strong communicator with experience working directly with Sales teams
- Organized and detail oriented working with frequently changing requirements
- Startup and SaaS background is preferred but not required
- CaptivateIQ experience is a plus

Compensation - The salary range target for the role seniority described in this job description is $100,000 - $120,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, compensation/equity mix, and market data. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards, short-term incentives, or sales compensation.
