The Role

The Sr. Designer is responsible for meticulously executing content for internal and external design needs. Ultimately, in this role you will be responsible for creating content and incorporating feedback with the guidance of the Client Lead and Creative Director for any particular brand. You are able to work across departments and execute against multiple platforms (social, digital, print, etc)  to develop creative assets for a diverse group of business, nonprofit, and political clients.

Hours: Approx. 20 hours per week with an opportunity for this role to grow over time.

Rate: $55 - $80 per hour depending on experience and geographic location.

Remote: We welcome applicants in NAM + LATAM - we are a fully remote company with employees working across the globe. 

Responsibilities

Brand Development and Implementation: Support development and implementation of branding assets for Human Agency and our clients

  • Partner with the creative team  to create visual identities for a variety of clients across sectors
  • Create all necessary visual elements, style guides, and editable templates for new brands, including but not limited to: logos, websites, print materials, lower thirds, subtitles, titles, animation styles, social templates
  • Ensure consistent implementation of branding across client and agency brands

Web Design: Concept, design and own tactical execution of website design, from creative infancy to implementation 

  • Oversee the entire process, translating brand design systems to web with a mobile-first design approach
  • Website content and layout
    • Wireframes + creative content strategy 
    • Design systems 
    • Collaboration with development team 

Digital Media:Conceptual and executional design skills across digital channels and consumer touchpoints such as: Social content | Paid media | Brand collateral | Digital Press kits 

  • Daily creation of content for Human Agency and our clients including but not exclusive to: 
    • Still, GIF, motion graphic digital ads
    • E-commerce and fundraising emails
    • Social media campaigns

Your background + experience

  • 4+ years of professional experience as a Graphic/Visual/Brand Designer with Social, Presentation, Web, and Brand experience, ideally with a portfolio of B2B client work with mission-driven organizations and/or non-profits.
  • Proven track record of creating a high volume of engaging visual content for social media
  • Website design fluency; experience translating brand systems to a company’s digital presence
  • Excellent at creating print material and collateral - from brochures to billboards
  • Feel comfortable designing in multiple formats and sizes across all platforms
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote and Figma
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design with a refined sense of typography and layout
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced and high-impact work environment: see the big picture, stay organized, prioritize, and manage time to meet deadlines
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote team environment and an ability to present complex ideas and bold ideas to a range of audiences
  • Professional written and verbal communication English language skills (additional languages are a bonus!)
