As an Account Executive you'll be responsible for working directly with clubs and Federations from soccer organizations, Tier I, in specific countries in Latin America. As a sales team, our goal is to understand our clients' pain points, understand their workflow and create projects with Hudl tools to help them achieve their goals. The objective is to help them make the most efficient use of their time using our technological solutions. 

Throughout the year Account Executives work towards the achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly new targets, running meetings to understand client needs and identify opportunities. 

This role will be based in Brazil and frequent travel will be required within Latin America.

You Are

  • Multilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English. 
  • Experienced: in a client-facing role, preferably in a technology company. A background in a sporting environment and network in Tier I clubs in the regions is strongly preferred.
  • An excellent communicator: strong presentation skills, you understand the sports industry landscape and are able to talk the same language as the customer.
  • Technology savvy: we don’t expect you to build an API but to understand what an API is and be able to pitch that to clients.
  • Proactive and Creative: We expect you to reach out to clients and seek out ways to improve how they work with our products. You will go the extra mile to help a customer. You plan and reimagine how to help customers and execute these plans.
  • Analytical: Comfortable looking through metrics that showcase user behaviour and engagement. 
  • Autonomous: Our teams operate around the globe, we expect you to be able to work under minimum supervision as some of our managers are located overseas.
  • Organized and Process Driven: Account management, process to follow to make sure all is well organized and accessible for all people/departments involved. CRM (Salesforce) experience is a plus.
  • Passionate about sport and technology: You can’t wait to bring the best sports software in the world to professional teams in Latin America. 
  • Successful: You build relationships and network naturally. You’re not afraid to call the decision makers and close a sale. You can present yourself well and you move fast.

You Will

  • Challenge our clients. Look at how they currently work and show how Hudl can disrupt this with positive outcomes for their teams and athletes.
  • Work with our elite users across soccer: Develop new accounts / teams, you’ll help professional teams realize their goals by optimizing the value of our Product Suite.
  • Develop, implement and beat expectations to drive growth in the market: You’ll identify our target markets and find the best way to reach prospects. Your daily efforts will revolve around connecting with current customers to look for opportunities and reach new business targets in your territory.
  • Build a strong pipeline and close sales. You will identify opportunities to sell to new and existing clients and use your negotiation skills to influence decision makers.
  • Promote teamwork with other departments: You will work closely with our Customer Success Managers, Solutions Consultants, Support Specialists and other Customer Success Managers to evaluate client needs, build new processes, build new projects, and establish a way to reach your targets. 
  • Learn our Product Suite and be updated: You’ll become an expert in our video analysis software. You will have to be in the loop and understand all new products, tools, bugs fix, etc which is happening with Hudl Products and Services.
  • Learn and grow. Hudl is scaling quickly, so we are looking for people to grow with us.
  • Travel: On site-visits when necessary to boost sales. 30 to 50% of the time traveling.
