  • Creative. New layout ideas and design strategies are constantly twirling in your mind.
  • Responsible. You take ownership in your work to hit deadlines, meet expectations and raise red flags when you see them.
  • Confident. You know how and when to push back on the details that matter. You take command of a project including brainstorming, wireframing, drafting, pitching, and exporting.
  • Well-versed. You know your way around Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma or Sketch.
  • A team player. You don’t have a big ego. You’re used to bringing every stakeholder into the process and helping everyone craft the best final product.

You Will

  • Create and systemize exceptional designs. You’ll lead the production of  design systems and assets for marketing, sales, and corporate materials. You also initiate foundation-level design projects and systems to improve efficiency in how the design team completes work.
  • Be a strategic partner across disciplines. You contribute to brand and marketing operations including the implementation and documentation of processes.
  • Own higher-profile projects. You’ll collaborate with leaders across the company and external agencies/partners.
  • Push the brand. You’ll explore recent design trends and ways to get users engaged in order to improve the Hudl brand and keep us on the bleeding edge of design trends
  • Collaborate with other designers. You’ll critique and approve templated projects from less experienced producers and improve design fundamentals.

We Will

  • Celebrate work at Hudl retreats. We like to gather our Hudlies from around the world to showcase achievements and strategize for the future.
  • Treat you like an adult. We’re all about a healthy work-life balance. We’ll give you unlimited vacation time and have company-wide timeout days (no meetings allowed).
  • Provide career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
  • Supply you with tools for success. We've invested in our office spaces, designing them with our employees in mind. You’ll have the enriching, flexible environment and powerful hardware you need to do your job well.
  • Support your mental and physical health. We care about our employees’ wellbeing. Our Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and fitness partner Peerfit have you covered.
  • Cover your medical insurance. We have multiple plans to pick from to ensure you’ll have the coverage you (and your dependents) want.
