We are an international expansion company seeking a Certified ICSA Corporate Secretarial (CoSec) Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in UK Corporate Secretarial work, excellent customer management skills, and a solution-oriented mindset. 

Job Description

Location of work will begin remote and eventually will be in office periodically (Hybrid)

The CoSec Manager will be responsible for managing the portfolio of UK customers. Performing tasks such as Incorporations, De-Registrations, organizing and attending Annual General Meetings (AGMs), Corporate record keeping, managing compliance and filings, amongst other tasks for our customers’ UK subsidiaries and branches. 

 Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Service Delivery: Handle day-to-day CoSec tasks, including (but not limited to) Incorporations, De-Registrations, organizing and attending Annual General Meetings (AGMs), Corporate record keeping, managing compliance and filings, amongst other tasks for our customers’ UK subsidiaries and branches. 
  • Compliance: Manage an Entity Management team who will ensure our customers keep their UK entities compliant. Day-to-day tasks include Local Office Address responsibilities, KYC, updating UBO data on Companies House, amongst other CoSec tasks. 
  • Customer Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing excellent service and solutions to their outsourcing needs. 
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead and manage the UK CoSec team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in UK CoSec. 
  • Proven experience in managing a team. 
  • Excellent customer management skills. 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset. 
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire and ability to contribute to the growth and development of our UK CoSec office.  
  • Ability to anticipate potential problems and take action before they occur. 
  • Meticulous attention to detail is crucial in ensuring the accuracy of our financial operations. 
  • As a key holder of sensitive financial information, trustworthiness is paramount. 
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and resources effectively to meet deadlines. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.  
  • Comfortable working in a global company and accommodating different time zones. 
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong customer service focus. 
  • ICSA (or equivalent) certification in good standing a plus
