About the role:

HQ is the newest subsidiary of the Digital Currency Group (DCG).

As part of the team at HQ, you will design, implement, and execute world-class programs to support property management and facilities operations for our clients across on the globe.

The Director must be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and demands, as well as supervise external teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the management of all properties.

The Director must have the experience and ability to lead small and large-scale property management projects from inception through maturity. You must have the ability to work across the entire company and facilitate cross-functional coordination.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary escalation point and problem solver in property and facility management issues for clients.
  • Build, review, and update program playbooks, governance documents, workflows, and processes.
  • Identify, negotiate with, and direct consultants to provide property and facility management services globally.
  • Serve as the primary stakeholder for each assigned project and the single point of contact for coordinating design, delivery, and construction responsibilities with third party consultants, contractors, vendors and agencies.
  • Manage full-lifecycle vendor relationships.
  • Ensure discretion and confidentiality of all activities and projects.

Skills and Experience

  • Must have minimum ten (10) years of relevant full-time experience.
  • Passionate, entrepreneurial and dedicated to team success.
  • International work experience and professional networks a plus.
  • Native-level professional English fluency required, additional language ability a plus.
  • Valid passport with no restrictions on business travel to HQ’s areas of operation.
  • Travel up to 25% (according to relevant national and international COVID-19 safety guidelines).
