Internship Overview:
The role of this CRM Intern is to support and facilitate the smooth operation of the CRM team’s efforts to deploy and analyse CRM campaigns, along with providing new ideas for CRM approaches to our global players. You’ll work for international markets, including North America, Japan and Southeast Asia with content in over 13 languages. You will learn the basics of CRM and how to form dynamic content strategies for players of various profiles. You will work side-by-side with multiple stakeholders and understand the full flow of CRM campaign execution.
What You Will Do:
- Assist with managing CRM campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, etc. You will also be responsible for specific campaign requirements from different stakeholders, including Customer Service, Game Operations, etc.
- Support the CRM managers in campaign testing, monitoring and reporting; work with data team when case applies.
- Support the CRM team on additional ad-hoc duties as required, such as globalization support.
What We Are Looking For:
- Fresh graduates OR current students pursuing further studies in communications, digital marketing, or computer science.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and comfortable with computer languages such as HTML/VBA/Python, etc.
- Strong command of both the English and Chinese languages (written and spoken) to liaise with teams.
- Familiar with HoYoverse gaming products and knows how to think as players in different situations.
- Detail-oriented, fast learner, basic HTML knowledge will be preferred.
