Internship Overview:

The role of the Community Intern main is to support and facilitate the smooth operation of the Community team’s efforts to deploy and analyse social media content, along with managing community sentiments. The intern will learn and get a feel of social media and community management, along with understanding the pacing of a live-service game.

The intern will work closely with the globalization and community team and have the opportunity (where relevant and available) to contribute to the growth and success of HoYoverse's social media channels.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist with managing an up-to-date marketing calendar of social content, as well as organizing and tracking team projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support the community team on administrative functions such as the processing of NDA contracts between content creators and partners, along with the updating of social media platform data.
  • Additional ad-hoc duties as required, such as globalization support.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Fresh graduates OR current students pursuing further studies in communications and marketing
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel- (or similar) smartsheet programs, along with productivity and work organization applications like Notion or Slack.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms with preference shown towards experience managing a community.
  • Fast learner, with preference shown towards experience in social media management platforms like Sprout, Hootsuite or Sprinklr.
