The team 

You will join the Finance department and be part of the Finance Operations Team, a dedicated and hard-working (and fun) team of 3 members who report to the Finance Operations Lead. 

The team plays a crucial role in managing our customers' financial transactions from start to finish. Their meticulous attention to detail, proactive approach and efficiency contribute to maintaining positive relationships with our customers and ensuring the overall financial health of the company.

 

Your role & impact 

  • Assist in managing accurate, timely, and compliant payments to customers.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care and Sales to resolve issues within the Order-to-Cash process and act as a mediator to ensure fair and timely solutions.
  • Manage daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and meeting SLAs.
  • Help monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices to improve cash flow.
  • Contribute ideas to improve and streamline internal processes.
  • Assist in generating reports on key metrics for management.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations to ensure compliance.

 

Your profile 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in a payments-related role is a plus.
  • Strong communicator to interact with clients and across teams.
  • Good grasp of financial principles, accounting, and payment systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
