The team

As a Recruiter, you will be an integral part of our People team, which includes 8 members based at our headquarters in Rotterdam. You will report directly to the Director of HR & Recruitment and work primarily on recruiting for Studapart roles.

You'll work from the office in Paris to ensure seamless service and collaboration with hiring managers. Sporadic travel to Rotterdam will be expected for team collaboration and strategy alignment.

Our People Operations team values autonomy, ownership, and a commitment to achieving recruitment OKRs. We embrace a hybrid working model, balancing flexibility (working from home) with the engagement that comes from working in our offices.

The challenge

In this new role, your self-starter mindset will be key. You'll work closely with hiring managers to integrate existing Recruitment and HR processes into the Studapart team. Managing an average of six vacancies, you’ll be in charge of the entire recruitment cycle for both Tech and Commercial positions.

As the recruitment specialist, you'll design the interview process alongside hiring managers, identifying key traits and strategizing how to assess them through interviews and assessments. You’ll review applications, conduct interviews and source candidates on a daily basis.

Tracking your recruitment metrics is essential, and you'll regularly evaluate and adjust your approach to exceed targets. Resilience, proactivity, and a growth mindset are vital to thriving in this role.

In addition to recruitment, you'll handle HR tasks like drafting agreements, managing personnel files, processing visa requests, and coordinating with local teams to implement HR processes and manage workers council elections.
