Your role & Impact
We are looking for an enthusiastic BI analyst that is ready to take his technical skills to the next level by delivering analytics solutions to stakeholders across multiple business domains. With the support and guidance from senior data analyst, you will carry out end-to-end data solutions to solve dynamic business problems.
Our Data Analytics and Business Intelligence team is formed by six analysts from diverse backgrounds and experience levels. We collaborate closely with data engineers, analytics engineers, and data scientists to extract insights and drive informed decision-making.
- Assist in designing and developing BI solutions using tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and data visualisations.
- Perform data cleansing, transformation, and modeling to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in data warehouse design, development, and maintenance.
- Support data integration processes between different systems and sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Conduct data quality assessments and implement data governance best practices.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to BI solutions.
- Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications for BI solutions.
Your Profile
- At least 2 years of experience in BI, data analytics or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL querying.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with BI and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Ability to analyse complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay updated on industry trends in BI and analytics.
- Previous internship or academic projects related to BI, data analytics, or database management is desirable.
