The team 

You will join the Finance department and be part of the Finance Operations Team, a dedicated and hard-working (and fun) team which consists of 4 members who report to the Finance Operations Lead. 

The team plays a crucial role in managing our customers' financial transactions from start to finish. Their meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach to efficiency contribute significantly to maintaining positive relationships with our customers and ensuring the overall financial health of the company.

 

Your role & impact 

You’ll be the Junior Payment and Order-to-Cash and play a crucial role in managing payments to our customers and ensuring smooth processing within our end-to-end Order-to-Cash process. 

Your responsibilities and impact within the role will be: 

  • Assist in managing payments to customers, ensuring they are accurate, timely and compliant adhering to company policies and procedures. 
  • Support the end-to-end order-to-cash process, from order placement to payment receipt, to maintain efficient operations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Customer Care and Sales to resolve any issues that arise in the order-to-cash cycle.
  • Contribute ideas and assist in implementing strategies to improve and streamline our internal process. 
  • Help monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices to enhance cash flow and minimize discrepancies.
  • Assist in generating reports and providing insights to management regarding key metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.

 

Your profile 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in payment processing, accounts receivable, or order-to-cash management is a plus.
  • Good grasp of financial principles, accounting practices, and payment systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to detect patterns, irregularities, and areas for process enhancement.
  • Meticulous attention to detail when handling financial transactions and data.
  • Clear communication abilities and adeptness in collaborating across teams and with clients.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
