Role Overview:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you help lead go-to market strategy and product marketing for our products and services. You have an analytical, growth-focused mindset. You bring marketing, analytics, user insights, and experimentation together to develop and optimize the engagement marketing strategy for customers to drive business growth. You obsess over finding a solution for our service professionals (our Pros) and build delightful, on-brand experiences. You are comfortable working cross functionally (e.g. marketing, product, data analytics, customer success, and operations) to perform customer research, develop strategy, collect requirements, and manage asset production.

What you do each day:
- Support and implement go-to-market strategies for new offerings and features
- Develop customer focused product messaging and positioning to be used across multiple marketing channels (e.g. email, in-app, social media, video, content, website)
- Understand and apply rigorous testing to inbound and outbound marketing channels, ensuring the best fit and outcomes
- Assist product marketing and strategy teams with consumer research, A/B testing, launch planning and execution
- Analyze performance, business data, and customer feedback to generate insights about adoption and usage rates
- Collaborate with the larger marketing and creative teams to develop marketing assets
- Recommend improvements to our strategy and team processes
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative marketing research with cross-functional teams, such as product marketing, product, analytics, and marketing execution
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience planning and executing integrated go-to-market campaigns across multiple marketing channels (e.g. email, push notifications, sms, in-app marketing, scripting, social, press releases, podcasts)
- Experience in project management of go-to-market strategies for SaaS products a plus
- Experience with marketing fintech and backoffice products such as payroll, accounting, payment processing, consumer financing, etc. is a plus
- Experience with small business owners; home service business trades preferred

Location Dependent Information
This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $115,000-$125,000 + equity. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
