We need a passionate driver to spearhead infrastructure, scalability & growth on our Special Projects team. Our ideal candidate has no problem rolling up their sleeves, diving right in & collaborating with our small but mighty Groups team. This add will lead the orchestration in implementing foundational processes, creating standard operating procedures, all while supporting your internal and external clients. We’re looking for an agile team lead who naturally finds themselves asking questions, fostering organizational growth and providing hands on support and leadership for the team. This person must have a knack for identifying opportunities, isolating the steps to improve and acting quickly to improve. This opportunity includes 50% building processes & 50% leading a team – prioritization & organization is crucial. 



  • Lead a team of hard working, committed individuals while fostering growth, community & excitement for our Project Services offering
  • Identify opportunities & use data, creativity and prior experience to find solutions
  • Implement foundational infrastructure & process to promote best practices
  • Use your prior event coordination / project management experience to provide solutions to our clients
  • Execute effective hiring, onboarding and training, and individual performance coaching for all Project Managers & Sourcing Coordinators
  • Develop and coach a high performing Project Management team
  • Be customer facing on key relationships
  • Deliver on budget expectation for the Project Services team
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Inside Sales teams to identify additional customers with project needs



  • 2-5 years people leadership experience
  • 1+ years preferred hotel background
  • Flexibility in supporting the team outside of the normal 8-5 hours
  • An enthusiastic leadership personality with a passion for our mission & DNA 
  • Articulate communication skills through coordinating with internal and external parties
  • Experience with workforce management through planning staffing needs, ensuring adequate coverage for team
  • Hunger to build a foundation & drive the team to capitalize on opportunity



  • $70,000.00-$100,000.00 with variable OTE dependent on performance
