Our Senior Marketing Manager, Customer Lifecycle Management will:

  • Develop a marketing strategy that ensures customer success at all points during the customer journey from onboarding to success.
  • Segment and target customers based on tenure, behavior, and product ownership to ensure that we are delivering the right message and/or offer at the right time.
  • Guide campaign strategy to ensure that campaigns increase product engagement, customer lifetime value, and retention.
  • Champions the customer by ensuring a well-designed user experience from end to end
  • Understands email channel best practices – and when to test their limits – to develop engaging email campaigns.
  • Helps build and manage cross-channel site behavior-based campaigns (Evergage).
  • Provides clear direction to our in house creative team to enable them to deliver excellent output.
  • Is a key player in creative reviews, ensuring creative implementations meet best practice guidelines and create clear and compelling customer experiences.
  • Plans well-structured tests, and ensures that past learning is leveraged to continuously optimize campaign performance.
  • Owns enterprise-level campaigns, liaising with brands and corporate resources to meet partner goals.
  • Partners with EIG brands to understand their goals and objectives, and inform marketing campaign efforts.
  • Focuses on helping the team achieve goals of increased retention, relevancy, learning and engagement.

The Senior Marketing Manager, Customer Lifecylcle Management will oversee day-to-day activities of the Campaign Manager, helping them achieve their brand and personal goals.
