We are seeking an experienced recruiter to assist in identifying and bringing top-tier insurance agents and financial advisors to our company. Your mission will be to ensure we bring aboard only the best Agents and existing Advisors who closely match our culture and possess the desire to assist educators in achieving their financial and risk management objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
You will drive the field recruiting strategy to source and select agents and advisors through proactive activities
Maximize use of all available tools and sources: LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Wall Street Jobs, Advisor Databases, Competitor websites, etc.
Cultivate and foster relationships with field recruiting and management team to drive results
Utilize a consultative approach and strategically partner with key field leaders to fill mission critical Agent openings
Recommend strategies to improve candidate attraction and engagement
Construct a robust pipeline of superb candidates
Conduct structured interviews
Interpret sales assessment results to determine candidate fit
Maintain in-depth knowledge of local and regional markets and assess competitive landscape
Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience with high attention to detail, diligent follow-up and strong communication skills
Act as brand ambassador for the company when attending external recruiting functions
Qualifications:
4+ years’ experience recruiting sales professionals within the insurance or financial services sector
Experience in high volume recruiting settings – average of 50+ open reqs at any time
Demonstrated success in sourcing methods and techniques
Ability to work in a team environment with constantly shifting priorities
Strong understanding of Boolean logic for search string creation
Pay Range:
$61,900.00 - $91,300.00 (expected starting pay around $70,000)
Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
