Be a part of solving educators' insurance needs. You will be a part of a sales team in solving educators' insurance needs with non-Horace Mann Products. You will be helping protect the future of educators, which are molding the minds of our future. You will be able to learn, educate and implement new programs to positively affect new sales and customer retention.
Responsibilities:
Learn all HMGA (TPV) products and processes.
Research, process, and obtain resolution of moderately complex inquiries within established guidelines.
Escalate more complex inquiries to Team Lead and/or Manager.
Track and document activity/notes in appropriate system.
Send weekly notifications to agents.
When necessary, follow up on customer inquiries to ensure completion in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED, required.
Two years of college or equivalent business experience
Obtain Insurance Producers License and Non-Residence License within 6 months of hire and maintain after that.
Pay Range:
$19.00 - $29.00 per hour.
Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
