The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is an active and trusted member, facilitator, and strategic business partner with the executive and line management teams in an assigned business unit and/or division. This individual acts as a single point of contact for employees and managers within the business unit and leads and manages a broad range of end-to-end human capital programs and services. This role also influences the design and execution of the business strategy through consultative guidance and HR-based solutions and partners with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and Shared Services to ensure optimal HR collaboration and service level to all clients.

- Having a complete understanding of the business in order to assess the HR implications of various business strategies
- Leading change management projects and implementing HR best practices
- Constructively challenging and confronting customers to resolve issues and facilitate change

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - along with 5 years in an HR Business Partner role preferred OR 4 to 6 years of broad human resources experience in various areas of expertise.
- Advanced analytical and decision-making skills
- Moderate travel
Pay Range:
- $110,700.00 - $173,900.00
Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
