The Product Manager is responsible for the overall performance, competitiveness and completeness of benefits, features, and availability of assigned worksite product lines(s) of insurance.
Responsibilities:
Gather and synthesize market, industry, and financial data. Apply critical thinking to inform product management strategies.
Coordinate with and influence various departments (pricing, research, underwriting, IT, regulatory. claims) on key issues
Partner with field marketing to address agent and state needs.
Develop product ideas and enhancements to address customer needs and compete in the marketplace.
Work on a range of marketing & product teams to enhance our offerings & address issues related to worksite product needs.
Proficient with excel, word, PowerPoint, and other necessary software products.
Communication skills -Presentation skills required, able to manage multiple external communications todifferent audiences.
Training and/or Social Media skills a plus.
