Key Areas of Impact Include:
- Lead a skilled team that manages the end-to-end process for digital, social, email, and other acquisition marketing campaigns.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
- Manage and optimize acquisition programs like Teacher Appreciation Week and Back to School
- Work with external marketing agencies and platforms to deploy marketing campaigns and optimize performance.
- Identify and test new marketing levers, scaling what works and pivoting when it doesn’t
- Drive brand consistency and awareness across the organization

Minimum Requirements:
- 10+ years in acquisition marketing, preferably with a financial services organization
- Bachelor’s Degree required, advanced degree preferred
- Demonstrated success working across multiple marketing verticals including digital, social, email, direct mail, and evolving marketing verticals
- Multi-channel marketing experience with digital, agent, call center, and partnership models
- Proven leadership skills with success in building and developing a team of acquisition marketing experts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to internal and external audiences
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and capabilities such as geofencing, look-a-like targeting, website retargeting, contextual marketing, semantic marketing, partnership marketing, social media, and SEO
- Provides a perspective of emerging trends impacting the marketing space and how to use AI to win
