Policy Owner Services Associate is responsible for processing applications and changes submitted to Policy Owner Services (POS) as well as other maintenance activities related to existing NTA customers.
Responsibilities:
Maintain all work items within service levels.
Communicate with NTA customers and agents through written communication and phones as needed.
Research and process all corrections of all errors in a timely manner.
Issues approved applications as directed by underwriting.
Data entry for applications and changes submitted to NTA.
Review workflows to maintain current status.
Process new business data entry
Review applications and requests for missing requirements.
Perform changes and corrections to policy dates and premiums as requested.
Perform changes on or obtain new updated payroll slips to ensure deductions are correct.
Policy administration requests for all products currently offered or previously offered by the company.
Monthly Scorecard Productivity of 80% or greater.
Monthly Audit error rate of 5% or less.
No more than 3 Special Audit errors per month over the past quarter.
