The Senior Field Operations Specialist will help support the Hub and Spoke Distribution teams in all aspects managing a growing distribution channel. A fast paced environment with high demands for reporting and analytical skills. Working directly for the Operation support Manager for Hub and Spoke this role will work to improve the process, eliminate friction, and get the sales leaders the information they need to growth sales.

 

  • Create and Maintain reporting and analysis for Hub and Spoke Sales Leadership team
  • Maintain and continue to improve the tracking of sales activity reporting.
  • Consolidate production and compensation data. Prepare reporting as needed for leadership.
  • Manage Third Party Data feeds and help to improve the quality and consistency of the data.
  • Reconcile Policy level data to ensure the proper agent is getting credit.
  • Conduct research and conduct regularly schedule audits to ensure processes continue as expected
  • Manage the Territories and help with the analysis for expansion
  • Monitor client and territory overlap and coordinate with leadership on resolutions as needed   
  • Maintain all documentation as appropriate
  • Interact with Broker Dealer, as needed for Registered Representatives, including supporting the fingerprinting processes.
  • General administrative support for the Hub and Spoke Distribution team
  • Assist in the OnBoarding and Candidate pipeline as needed
  • Coordinate with other internal areas (i.e. Compensation, Sales Reporting, Recruiting, Sales leaders, etc.)

 

Requirements

  • Two-year college degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
  • Advanced Excel user – Demonstrated ability to manage reports and analysis
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both field and home office personnel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to follow documented processes and exercise some independent judgment
  • Ability to handle changing priorities
  • Insurance industry knowledge preferred
