Performance-Based - New Business and Renewal Commissions plus Bonus program.
First-year - New Business (NB) Commissions (depending on sales experience) + Bonuses: $70,000 - $105,000 or higher
Second-year - NB Commissions + Renewal Commissions + Bonuses
