As a Contract Operations Associate you will own the internal side of our contract journey, including optimizing processes across systems, assisting in implementing improvements that help ease the sales team’s workload, and leveraging contracting data to improve business operations. You will own and oversee our contract repository (Ironclad) and maintain data accuracy, and you will serve as the go-to resource for contract documentation and collaboration.
What you'll do
Repository & CRM Management: Manage and maintain our contract information across different platforms, ensuring congruence, data accuracy and completeness.
Contract Process Optimization: Work with revenue and legal leaders to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the contract process. Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Internal Support & Collaboration: Provide day-to-day support to and work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, finance and customer success.
Process Documentation: Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for contract-related processes and ensure their adherence.
Data Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, uncover reporting issues and escalate to the appropriate teams.
Product Advocate: Speak up on priorities to improve our contracting and facilitate easier and more efficient housekeeping practices.
What you bring
3+ years of operational experience partnering with legal / sales teams.
Technical proficiency in Ironclad, Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and Google Sheets.

This position is remote and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
