Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to manage and grow our reseller relationships with large medical imaging PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) vendors. This role is pivotal in driving our business forward by fostering strategic partnerships, enhancing revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention. Candidates with a background in radiology or the medical imaging space are required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management:
    • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key reseller partners and large Enterprise Partners.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for resellers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Develop an annual Strategic Plan with each Partner that aligns with their and HOPPR’s goals and the product road map, collaborating with the Chief Commercial and Development Officers.
    • Coordinate with the Chief Commercial and Development Officers for a semiannual C level strategic planning review.
    • Maintain client contact, issues logs, Client Success reporting.
    • Alert the Chief Commercial and Development Officers of any key issues or opportunities that emerge.
    • Support the coordination of HOPPR’s presence in Partners’ booths at conferences.
  • Client Satisfaction and Retention:
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by thoroughly understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
    • Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with resellers to ensure alignment and address any issues.
    • Monitor SLA performance.
    • Monitor Service Requests for resolution and product market fit needs or enhancements.
  • Product Penetration and Revenue Growth:
    • Drive revenue growth through strategic account management and sales initiatives.
    • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work to expand our market presence.
    • Identify product gaps that need to be addressed to support satisfaction and competitive advantage.
    • Market Insights:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements in radiology, and changes in the medical imaging landscape.
    • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Coordinate with product development teams to ensure our offerings meet the needs of our reseller partners.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years in account management, with experience in radiology or the medical imaging sector.
    • Proven track record of managing and growing reseller or partner relationships.
    • Proven track record at achieving partner satisfaction and success.
  • Communication:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic Thinking:
    • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
    • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans.
  • Technical Understanding:
    • Familiarity with PACS systems and related medical imaging technologies.
    • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts related to generative AI and healthcare technology.
    • Strong presentation development and delivery skills, both in PowerPoint and management reports.
  • Motivation:
    • Self-driven and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
