We're looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our team. You will be embedded with various teams across the organization and help extract key learnings and insights. You will help the organization understand different problem spaces and use that knowledge to help drive decisions on operations and product. This is a highly collaborative role where you will help the team ask and answer key questions about service dynamics, for example: factors that drive client behavior and Care Pro behavior across different geographic markets.

Responsibilities

  • Working cross-functionally across analytics, engineering, and business teams 
  • Building dashboards and reports to make key operational data available to teams
  • Translating business problems into data queries and gathering the information required to answer these queries
  • Analyzing data to provide insights and effectively communicating these insights to team members and leadership
  • Investigating patterns, trends, abnormalities in collected data
  • Supporting key business decisions by communicating results and insights to team members and leadership
  • Developing best practices among the analytics and engineering teams

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in a technical or business fields or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years experience as an analyst for consumer-oriented service, working with a variety of teams across an organization
  • Curious and inquisitive, strong interest in diving deep on analyses
  • Experience working with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc)
  • Experience working with technical and non-technical team members
  • Experience owning initiatives end-to-end
  • Strong ability to distill and communicate findings
  • Strong SQL skills (ability to write complex SQL queries) preferred but not required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (or similar spreadsheet software) preferred but not required
