We are looking for an exceptional Director of Business Development to drive strong growth and performance of our network partners. As Director of Business Development, you will deeply understand our partner’s drivers of growth and ensure repeatable network success long-term. The day-to-day responsibilities in this role will range from developing growth strategy frameworks, scaling best practices across our partners, and optimizing performance of our network. The role will be a mix of sales, account management, and program development. It will require a unique combination of strong relationship management skills, strategic thinking, and a growth-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Work across all parts of the Honor organization and our partners to identify potential growth levers across the home care industry
  • Systematically test growth levers to prioritize highest value opportunities
  • Translate these levers into clear growth programs that can be rolled out quickly and scalable across diverse partners and different geographies
  • Build key analytic tools and methodologies to understand overall network performance and growth program outcomes
  • Spearhead developing comprehensive content expertise and accountability measures across all key areas and teams impacting network growth
  • Design, hire, and build a partner growth function/team to support these efforts

Skills and experience

  • 8-15 years of experience in sales, sales and marketing consulting, and/or business development experience
  • Proven track record of developing successful partner relationships and programs that drive partner revenue
  • Ability to take an analytical approach to solving problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior work experience in the health care or start-ups preferred
  • M.B.A. or equivalent preferred
  • Willingness to travel (25% of time)
