We are seeking exceptional candidates who are strategic thinkers, are goal oriented, and have a passion for our business vision at Honor. As a Senior Manager of Commercial Strategy & Operations, the candidate will be working on the company’s most important growth opportunities. It is imperative that the candidate is a self-starter and quick learner. In this role, the candidate will help set the strategy and drive the growth of our operations, impacting both our business and the home care industry at large. Our ideal candidate will have a foundation of both analytical and presentation skills, can thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, has a bias towards execution, and is looking to make an impact on a growing company.

What You Will Do:

You will be working with the Corporate & Business Development team to research, analyze, and make recommendations on Honor’s priorities and strategic projects including commercialization & business partner strategy, new product development, people success, and internal scaling. Specific responsibilities may include:

  • Identifying and launching new product, program, or business line opportunities
  • Structure, launch, and drive projects by developing hypotheses, developing work plans, and conducting analysis including financial models, market trends, and operating metrics
  • Prepare presentations and communicate findings to Honor executives and the broader organization
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align on recommendations, launch plans, and enabling transitions to long-term owners
  • Help to execute on Honor's pricing strategy

Required Qualifications and Experiences:

  • 4-6 years of work experience in management consulting, corporate development, or strategy
  • Previous experience with new product/program development or commercialization
  • Demonstrated team-building capabilities and experience working cross-functionally
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enthusiasm, focus, and a positive outlook with a commitment to excellence and high performance
  • M.B.A. or equivalent
  • Role will be based in San Francisco, but may require some travel (~15%) to other offices and markets

  • Experience in health care and/or senior care
