The People Strategy Manager will reimagine what training and skills development looks like for the Honor Growth team, a diverse group of employees and roles all focused on revenue and sustainability of Honor’s growth. We are looking for a proven leader who can create a vision and execute against a roadmap to build a people development program from the ground up within the Growth team. The candidate must excel in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional environment to own, develop, and implement training, onboarding, and other development programs. This role will make a significant impact on one of the most critical teams in driving Honor’s strategy and vision. 

What You Will Do:
  • Work closely with all teams within the Growth function to determine full map of employee training needs, including Onboarding, Promotion, and level specific needs
  • Partner with cross-functional leads to ensure that training content is aligned with company strategies and initiatives
  • Own and develop innovative and engaging training content and curriculum at scale based on the learning and development roadmap. Training programs should be able to be rolled out in multiple geographies and markets
  • Collaborate with team leaders to help uncover and assess current and future talent-related business needs, org challenges and growth opportunities
  • Create and maintain project calendars and budgets for training programs
  • Develop evaluation instruments, surveys, and events
  • Measure impact of learning solutions
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning best practices and trends

Required Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Minimum B.S. degree
  • 5+ years of work experience with increasing responsibility. Must have experience working at a rapidly growing startup and sales organization
  • Experience in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating learning and leadership programs with proven success
  • Proven skills on assessing a situation, measuring success, and project management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to make successful presentations and to influence colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently; creative, flexible and innovative team player; ability to work effectively in an environment with constantly changing priorities
  • Passion, enthusiasm, energy, focus and positive outlook with a commitment to excellence and high performance
  • Role will be based in San Francisco, but will require some travel (~25%) to other offices and markets
  • Health systems experience/knowledge (bonus)
