Product Development Coordinator

As a Product Development Coordinator, you will be a key contributor to our operational 
efficiency, overseeing various aspects of logistics and sample management. Your role 
encompasses handling parcels, coordinating shipments, managing samples, and supporting 
essential processes like research and development and Technical Design fit coordination. This 
position presents a unique opportunity to thrive in a collaborative environment, leveraging your

Responsibilities:
● Track, receive, unpack, log, and disseminate all incoming parcels.
● Ensure the timely and seamless distribution of parcels to the appropriate 
recipients.
● Generate accurate labels for outgoing packages and coordinate their shipment.
● Receive, log, and promptly distribute marketing and wholesale samples.
● Assist in organizing and curating the sourcing library for streamlined 
accessibility, including updating fabric, color, and trim standards.
● Conduct research and development tasks as required.
● Create fit lists for fitting sessions.
● Schedule and coordinate model bookings for fittings.
● Conduct garment measurements and prepare garments for fit sessions.
Qualifications:
●Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
●Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
●A degree in a fashion-related field is preferred.
●Previous experience in a relevant apparel-related role is a plus.
●Proactive problem-solving skills with a positive, collaborative attitude.
●Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
