The Operations Coordinator will communicate with customers & merchants through calls to resolve real-time order-related concerns and queries.

What you'll be doing?

 

  • Provides high-quality customer service to customers to ensure smooth flow of inquiries and complaints
  • Give constant direction to customers and merchants, and ensuring that all orders are rightfully attended to on time and in the best way possible.
  • Communicate with on boarding & AM team to deactivate stores if order is cancelled twice due to non-acceptance.
  • Troubleshoots minor tech issues concerning merchant app
  • Assist calling of customers to inform new ETA if fleet coordinator indicates rider will be delayed due to various reasons (surge of order, long pick up time, etc)

 

What are we looking for?

  • Must have 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality Premium / Luxury background
  • Must have excellent communicating skills with both customers and staff members
  • You must have good temperate to handle emergencies and disputes
  • Proven track records of implementing or improving operations that improve customer service experiences
  • Able to multi-task
