What you'll be doing:

  • Identify and increase business partnership to reach and exceed company targets
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan
  • Understand honestbee business model and apply a smart and consultative sales pitch
  • Set goals and mentor team members to deliver on team objectives
  • Present honestbee platform as a unique opportunity for businesses to acquire new customer base and establish their online presence
  • Build relationships with strategic partners and customers to maximize the organization's business interest
  • Maintain current partnership accounts to develop long term strategic relationship
  • Perform end-to-end account management, including month-end reporting to merchants, stock updates, price changes etc
  • Play a key role in developing an entrepreneurial, proactive, high-intensity culture in honestbee

 What are we looking for?

  • You have at least 5 years' of working experience in any industry, within a client-facing role
  • You can sell a melting red popsicle to a lady wearing a white fur coat
  • You have a strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence
  • You enjoy working in a start-up and open environment
  • You have excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • You have an entrepreneurial mind set
  • You understand our business in details and how what you do helps it grow
  • You have a track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals
  • You challenge the status quo
  • You understand Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
