What you'll be doing:
-Analysing market trends and metrics in partnership with the entire HRBP/ People Operations team to develop recognition solutions, programs, and policies.
-Areas you’ll be involved with: banding, salary benchmarking, rewards and compensation programmes, insurance, surveys, financial reporting on remuneration matters
-Establish close relationships with the senior management in order to be able to influence top-level stakeholders for effective programme roll-outs.
-Cope well with ambiguity and ever-evolving environment with the ability to handle situations without a need for detailed SOPs. And then identify the areas in which SOPs need to be created.
-Act as the advisor to our internal business stakeholders, helping to coordinate and provide consultancy and analysis during annual compensation reviews.
-Define and create functional reports that allow the business to make timely decisions.
-Establish and maintain partnerships with external vendors.
What are we looking for?
-8+ years of experience with creating, rolling-out maintaining and communicating Comp & Benefits programmes. This is important because it has allowed you to develop the breadth and depth of diverse experiences that are important towards being successful in such a role.
-Bachelors or Masters’ degree in HR Management, Business, Finance or Economics.
-Strong leader with a focused mindset on what matters for the business.
-Experience with change management of Compensation and Benefits initiatives at an early-stage, hyper-growth start-up preferred.
-Familiarity with Singapore's labor laws, regulations and practices.
-High level of self-motivation and independent thinking, strong business understanding linked to insights and perspective.
-Have a sense of urgency, grit and ability to bounce back from failure and not give up.
-Ability to focus on solutions rather than what’s not working.
-Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly.
-Possess positivity, enthusiasm in what you do and a great sense of humour
-Solid understanding of working within the Asian cultural-sphere.
