What you'll be doing:
-You’ll be leading employee relations and employee engagement programmes that align what working at honestbee means to our People.
-Dedicate time towards understanding the inner workings of our business, both tech and non-tech related goals, so that you can be a strategic partner when shaping and communicating our company culture attributes.
-Analysing the state of our current workforce, through employee surveys and various other employee engagement activities, together with our internal employee taskforce.
-Helping to shape communities and sense of belonging.
-Cope well with ambiguity and ever-evolving environment with the ability to handle situations without a need for detailed SOPs. And then identify the areas in which SOPs need to be created.
-Be well versed in the happenings in our industry across eCommerce, last-mile delivery and retail space.
What are we looking for?
-8+ years of experience in human resources. This is important because it has allowed you to develop the breadth and depth of diverse experiences that are important towards being successful in such a role.
-Experienced with change management of talent and company culture at an early-stage, hyper-growth start-up preferred.
-Passion for leveraging best practices to support a development of an high-performing, positive culture.
-Have a hunger for learning, read the news, attend events and meetups, pitch ideas, network with other HRBP / People Operations professionals to understand how we can continually improve the conditions for our employees.
-High level of self-motivation and independent thinking, strong business understanding linked to insights and perspective.
-Have a sense of urgency, grit and ability to bounce back from failure and not give up.
-Ability to focus on solutions rather than what’s not working.
-Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly.
-Possess positivity, enthusiasm in what you do and a great sense of humor
-Solid understanding of working within the Asian cultural-sphere.
