What you'll be doing:

-As our lead for all things related HRIS and People Analytics, you will be responsible for end to end activities, from planning, documenting, implementing, maintenance and enhancement of all our systems and platforms used throughout the employee’s journey with honestbee.
-Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the entire regional People team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
-You’ll be leading the technical and functional matters across regional and guiding with the set-up of local processes.
-Generating reports and building HR analytics platforms and dashboard for the business to make decisions in real-time and present regular key metrics to senior stakeholders.
-Gathering key metrics across recruiting, compensation, turnover and training.
-Cope well with ambiguity and ever-evolving environment with the ability to handle situations without a need for detailed SOPs. And then identify the areas in which SOPs need to be created.
-Always seeking for ways to automate, optimise, digitalise the processes flows through re-design, re-organisation and new system implementations / integrations, ensuring the needs of our business are met across the region.
-Dedicate time towards understanding the inner workings of our business, both tech and non-tech related goals, so that you can be a strategic partner. Oversee and manage technical and functional matters that come up and set up workbook, support functionalities for repetitive issues.
-Regular task could include: manage and oversee the daily operation of our HRIS, process employee data, enroll newcomers, generate reports as per request, design manuals, liaise with vendors and our IT and Engineering teams for new integrations as and when needed.

What are we looking for?

-8+ years of experience with creating, rolling-out, maintaining and communicating HRIS projects. This is important because it has allowed you to develop the breadth and depth of diverse experiences that are important towards being successful in such a role.
-Bachelors or Masters’ degree in HR Management, Business, Finance or Economics.
-Proven experience with HRIS project management and business analysis in a large-scale organisation, across SE Asia.
-Hands-on experience with HRIS administration.
-Familiarity with SaaS platforms like: BambooHR, Reflektive, HREasily, Greenhouse or similar.
-Familiarity with Singapore's labor laws and practices, ensuring compliance data protection regulations.
-High level of self-motivation and independent thinking, strong business understanding linked to insights and perspective.
-Have a sense of urgency, grit and ability to bounce back from failure and not give up.
-Ability to focus on solutions rather than what’s not working.
-Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly.
-Possess positivity, enthusiasm in what you do and a great sense of humour
-Solid understanding of working within the Asian cultural-sphere.
