What you’ll be doing:
- Real time orders allocation, messages and information to or from rider/walker fleet/restaurants
- Confer with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and special requests for orders
- Contact customer, merchant or restaurant to ensure smooth deliveries when necessary
- Oversee all Merchant POS, Online & App software for day-to-day orders and operations
- Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
- Maintain quality control for all order delivery
- Analyse staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
- Ensuring the smooth running of daily operations by working closely with the team
What are we looking for:
- At least 1 – 2 years’ experience working in F&B kiosk, online coordination concept
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Ability to perform work with minimal supervision.
- Accuracy and speed in executing daily activities.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred
