What you'll be doing:

  • To manually write official receipts, billing statements & sales invoices on a timely basis
  • To file check vouchers and supporting documents on an organized manner and to ensure its
  • To scan and rename all deposit slips and upload it to google drive
  • To assist in reconciliation exercises by extracting data to be reconciled
  • To process check voucher and check writing
  • To record payment of merchant in google drive
  • To do any other assigned tasks as required by his superior

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in any field
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office
  • Good attention to details
  • With experience in Administrative functions
