What you'll be doing: 
  • Assist Head Chef in day to day business coordination 
  • Support operational workflow i.e. costing, invoice management etc. 
  • Manage schedules and calendars of Chefs 
  • checking emails, managing appointment and events calendar
  • Assist in any other operational and admin-related tasks assigned by supervisor 
 
What we're looking for: 
  • At least 1 year experience in F&B administration and operations 
  • Computer literate with experience in MS Office suites like MS Word an MS Excel 
  • Background in handling costing and managing invoices
  • Has initiative, very good time management skills and displays commitment to professional work ethics 
  • Customer and people oriented 
  • At least GCE "O" level
