As our Account Manager for our Food vertical, you'll be nurturing the partnerships and helping our partners enhance their presence on our platform by being there to support them every step of the way.
What you'll be doing:
- Maintaining and growing relationships between honestbee and its partners
- Proactively assist partners to increase online sales through honestbee
- Restaurant administration support (e.g. online menu updates, payments, etc.)
- Working closely with marketing, sales and operations to deliver maximum restaurant loyalty
- Handling difficult situations quickly and efficiently and able to come out with the best solutions
What are we looking for?
- 3-6 years working experience, ideally in a commercial environment where you have to deal with clients / customers
- You must be outgoing and a strong communicator whether face to face, through phone or email
- You must be commercially minded and results oriented
- Marketing background a strong plus
- Detail oriented and well organised
- You have a strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence
- Ready to work in an ambiguous start-up environment
