The Opportunity

Join us in tackling healthcare for rural America! We’re seeking a Product Manager who is passionate about having positive societal impact starting at the local level, solving issues of health inequity for communities that have been perennially underserved.

What You'll Do:

  • Help drive product roadmap and execution in line with company objectives for Member Engagement with a goal of engaging members in the relevant type and level of care for their needs 
  • Contribute to the design and development of personalization of the member journey with a focus on segmentation, lifecycle management, and identifying opportunities to provide personalized care plans and the next best actions for our members 
  • Ensure we offer a compelling and cohesive end-to-end member experience across multiple channels and touchpoints 
  • Run experiments frequently and use data to make strategic product decisions 
  • Own the tech stack for member engagement and identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML to drive future investments for longitudinal member engagement and timely outreach 
  • Help shape Homeward's product development process as we grow

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience building and delivering successful products and showing strong experience with end-to-end discovery and delivery of complex feature sets
  • A deep affinity for data-driven experimentation, including hypothesis generation, A/B testing, and results analysis
  • Ability to capture insights from experiments' successes and failures and communicate to the broader team
  • Meaningful exposure to customer acquisition/growth through a variety of channels
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, Engagement, Clinical Strategy, Data Science and Analytics, Commercial, Operations, and external partners and clients
  • Ability to break down large-scale projects into manageable parts and develop robust implementation plans
  • Exceptional project management skills, with superb attention to detail

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with member engagement products in healthcare
  • Experience working in value-based care, home services, rural markets, and/or with older adults

Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 annually. Compensation is based on qualifications, experience, skillset, and location.
