Your future contribution:

Utilize your business development expertise to deliver first-class support for our customers around the world. As our product grows, we will create a user experience superior to the tourism industry standard. You, as part of our Sales & Service team, will be the first point of contact for our existing customers to ensure they have the best possible experience using Smoobu. You will assist existing (paying) users with leveraging the product to the best extent possible in order to maximize value and profit from it. 

All in all, it’s about people and with your help and passion for outstanding service, we will build a state-of-the-art sales and service department at Smoobu!

How you’ll add value:

  • Provide customers with outstanding service and educate them about the optimal use of Smoobu across multiple platforms including phone, email and chat
  • Resolve customers’ issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Assessing and understanding the needs customers and recommend new processes, products, or services in line with customer expectations
  • Contribute to our knowledge base and help center by creating email templates and articles for future use
  • Channel customer feedback to the product team and shape the future of the Smoobu solution
  • Think out of the box and proactively improve processes for you and your team

You’ll be successful in this role if you:

  • +1 years of customer service experience with a track record of over-achieving quota
  • Are a detail oriented people-person with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Have a strong phone presence with excellent listening and presentation skills 
  • Have experience working with Zendesk or similar CRM as well as SaaS sales or travel tech  is a plus
  • High proficiency in German. Proficiency in a second European language, such as English, Spanish, French, Italian, Croatian, or Greek, at a professional level would be advantageous. We also welcome candidates with proficiency in other languages.
