Your future contribution:

As Agriturismo.it Technical Product Manager, you will play a vital role in preserving the seamless operation of our legacy website by focusing on the maintenance of its front-end and backend architecture. You will be responsible for assigned business areas, taking proactive steps to improve processes and resolve challenges in a timely manner.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, from engineering, product or other specialized units, from both Feries and HomeToGo Group. It’s an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the website's performance.

How you’ll add value:

  • Ensure the continuous operation of the legacy website, focusing on bug fixes, troubleshooting, minor updates, and performance optimizations.
  • Implement and oversee a triage process for system incidents, ensuring efficient escalation paths are followed for well-triaged issues and maintaining documentation.
  • Work closely with engineers to prioritize and address maintenance tasks.
  • Support problems discovery process by collecting, analyzing data, formulating hypotheses and contributing with ideas and concepts. 
  • Coordinate with the support team to uphold security standards and comply with relevant regulations and best practices.

You’ll be successful in this role if you:

  • Have proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, ideally with exposure to legacy systems.
  • Possess strong technical background with understanding of PHP and Java (SQL knowledge as a plus).
  • Are proactive, hands-on, have the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders and to prioritize maintenance tasks effectively.
  • Are curious and take challenges as an opportunity to grow.
  • Have strong writing and speaking skills in Italian and English.
  • Have knowledge of incident management processes and experience in handling system escalations as a plus.
